Flexology Studios, a boutique Pilates and physical therapy studio in Southlake, TX, aimed to revamp their website and build a professional social media presence that clearly communicates their services.
We redesigned the website using WordPress, with UX and UI design in Figma to create a modern, responsive, and visually engaging interface. The new website improves user experience and provides smooth navigation, making it easy for visitors to explore services and book sessions.
On the social media side, we developed a comprehensive strategy to establish Flexology’s online presence. This included social media management, creating visually consistent and informative content, and producing three pinned reels that communicate the key messages: who they are, what they do, and why clients should choose them. As part of this, we handled all video editing, ensuring each reel and visual post was polished, engaging, and aligned with the studio’s brand identity.
To boost online visibility, we also implemented targeted SEO strategies. By optimizing on-page content, focusing on local search terms, and refining site performance, Flexology’s search presence began showing measurable improvements within weeks. Alongside SEO, our social media marketing efforts helped build stronger engagement, grow their follower base, and attract new clients through consistent branding and storytelling.

Search Engine Optimization:
Before we began SEO, Flexology’s website was receiving almost no visibility, generating only three clicks from thirty impressions with an average search position of 9.2. After implementing our optimization strategy, the site experienced a remarkable improvement, with clicks increasing by more than 1,700% and impressions rising by over 1,500% in a short span. While the average position shifted to 59.4 due to indexing for a larger set of keywords, the overall reach and traffic potential expanded significantly.
