Refund requests are handled according to the following terms:
Full refund: Available if you cancel before receiving the first set of concepts (subject to a 10% processing fee).
66% refund: If requested within 48 hours after receiving the first designs.
33% refund: If requested between 48 to 120 hours after receiving the designs.
No refund: After 120 hours, after revision requests, final approval, or final file delivery.
No refunds apply for ongoing services like hosting, maintenance, or marketing plans once started.
To request a refund, email info@web6solutions.com or contact our support team. Each request is reviewed individually.
All files and deliverables are sent via email or through your official Web6 Solutions account.
Standard delivery takes 5–7 business days. Rush delivery is available for an additional fee.
Once full payment has been made and final files are delivered, you own the rights to your approved design or project.
We may display completed projects in our portfolio or marketing materials. If you prefer not to have your work featured, please inform us in writing.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Web6 Solutions and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or special damages, including lost profits, data loss, or downtime, arising from your use or inability to use our services.
Our total liability will never exceed the total amount you paid for the service, or $100 if no payment was made.
Some jurisdictions do not allow such limitations, so certain rights may still apply.
All services and website content are provided “as is” and “as available.”
Web6 Solutions does not guarantee that:

We do not reuse past designs for new clients.

Message frequency depends on your service activity. You may receive more messages during active projects.
